...we understand. Cancellation windows and refund policies depend on the service booked. Please read the following carefully.
Intro to Meditation Online Course
You may withdraw your registration for a full refund at any point before the scheduled start time of the first session. Simply let us know by email. If you are not able to complete the class after it has started, you may attend the remaining sessions during any future Intro to Meditation Online Course. Please note, this course runs intermittently throughout the year. There is no guarantee of the dates and times on which a future course will run or that the course will run again.
Guided Meditation Session
You may cancel your Guided Meditation Session for a full refund up to 6 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the session. Simply let us know by email. You may cancel less than 6 hours prior to the start of the session for a credit that may be used to reschedule your session or may be put towards another service.
Sound Baths
This policy applies to both standard sound bath offerings: "Private or Small Group Sound Bath" and "Sound Bath - Your Group, Your Location" as well as special sound baths, such as "Spring Equinox Sound Bath" and "Sound Baths for Valentines and Galentines," unless otherwise noted.
You may cancel your sound bath for a full refund up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. You may cancel up to 6 hours prior to the scheduled time for a full credit that can be used to reschedule at another time. Cancellations made less than 6 hours prior to scheduled time will result in a $50 late cancellation fee. The remaining credit can be used to reschedule the sound bath.
Cancellation windows may be different for special sound baths. Please read the service description carefully. Unless otherwise noted, the cancellation policy for standard sound baths will apply to special sound baths as well.
