Service Description

Have you always wanted to have a daily meditation habit but just never quite got there? Do you wish you could sit silent and still in meditation for just 20 minutes a day, but it seems like an insurmountable task? Introduction to Meditation is a 4-week, 4-hour course for true beginners that explores the fundamentals of meditation with a certified instructor. You'll learn practices and strategies to help you start, maintain and deepen your daily meditation practice. Each session includes both instruction and guided silent meditation. This course meets online in real-time one evening per week for 4 weeks.
